Keep your Sea Moss Gel refrigerated at all times. Once opened, ensure the lid is tightly closed after every use.

  • Refrigerated shelf life: Up to 3 weeks
  • You can also freeze Sea Moss Gel in ice cube trays for longer storage — lasting up to 3 months.

Sea Moss Gel is super versatile:

  • Add 1-2 tablespoons daily to:
  • Smoothies
  • Juices
  • Herbal Teas
  • Coffee
  • Soups or Stews

Or simply take a spoonful straight from the jar every morning on an empty stomach for best absorption.

All our products are handmade and prepared fresh for each customer. Please allow 2-3 working days for processing before dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence.

All of our Sea Moss products are freshly made to order. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

During busy periods, this may extend slightly — but we will always keep you updated.

We currently offer delivery across the UK via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days after dispatch
  • Next Day Delivery: Available on request (subject to availability)

We are not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your address details are correct when placing an order.
